Edit/update: Upping the review to 4 stars from 1 star in hope they see this feedback/review as constructive and not destructive. That said, I'm not sure if leaving a review is what it takes to get apartments to pay attention to deposits, but the owners of this company reached out and are now following through with sending that. There wasn't any explanation to the timing or communication errors, but I guess I'll take what I can get! My updated feedback would be to please consider the timeliness and quality of communication you extend to your tenants, past, present, or future. I know people are busy, and it's not easy keeping up with everything - but even a small reminder that you've not forgotten about past tenants goes a really long way and adds closure to the move out process. Randy was ultimately a really helpful apartment manager, but let me down a bit after I moved out and had a hard time getting ahold of anyone.
