Takes too long to see skilled specialist. Lower level staff are friendly enough but often not adequate for their job. This situation existed 22 years ago. Now it’s far worse and much more pervasive.

my only wish is that she could be my fulltime heart doctor! I will have to live with her being my heart doctor, 4 months out of the year! i really like her!
