Ihop is known for breakfast but I went for dinner with a colleague. The place was empty with 3 other tables with patrons. It was a while for my colleague and I to be seated but the waitress/hostess greeted us and made us feel welcomed. After she was able to get her hands free she seated us and gave us menus while taking our drink order. We got to pick our seating and possibly waited around 10 minutes for drinks. But this woman was working her butt off, I believe it was only one waitress, one cook, and maybe a manager who was not of much help. I give a one star to the manager and 5 stars to the waitress who was kind, attentive and apologetic of the long wait for food. I know there are staffing shortages but she was super friendly, and even though it was a tough night she still gave awesome 5 star service, she was the star of the show. We ordered some burgers that were so good! Worth the wait, we left a good tip, she deserves it.
