I dealt with Charles who fixed a very hard to find cable for my massage chair. I honestly cannot believe he got it fixed. Spoke with Sam, who is the owner and he was also super easy to deal with. I ended up donating a couple of older computers to them also. Super nice guy, they are a local small business, and they treat their customers with high regard. 10/10 highly recommend these folks! 💪
Highly recommend this place! My 2017 MacBook Pro was working perfectly until a day ago - the screen would shut off if it was opened past a certain angle. Brought it here in the early morning and was able to get the screen replaced the same day for a very reasonable price! I’m in college and am currently in a 3 week accelerated summer course so I really couldn’t afford to be without my computer for days on end as I have about 3-4 assignments due every day for this class. The fact they were able to get it back to me in the same day was amazing! And, as a broke college student I can confidentially say this did not break the bank either! Super friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful staff with very reasonable prices! I cannot recommend this place enough!
