Perfect location and close to a bunch of eateries The mall is about a $15 Uber ride away. However, depending on what side of the hotel you are on, you will hear sirens and car racing all night long. The rooms are clean but starting to look dated. I couldn’t get my room to warm up to a temp past 60 when the temp outside was 46. The bar and grill located inside the restaurant is pretty good especially for breakfast.
Stay here for a business trip. Room was spacious, clean and with a great view. The hotel is next to the basketball court where UK plays, so it can get busy. The hotel is centrally located and close to many of the downtown bars. It also has a nice bar in the lobby although it seems that when they have extra guests due to games they serve cocktails in plastic cups. That was a downer for me given that the cocktail was $19. Overall a nice hotel with some room for improvement.
