Would Not Recommend

Called to arrange service 2 days in advance, I was given a 2 hour window in which a technician would arrive and was told they would call to confirm. I waited the 2 hours and no one called and no showed up so I called the office. I was told they were busy but they would investigate and call me right back. I waited another 30 minutes and no one called me back so I just cancelled as there are several reputable plumbing services offering 24 hour service. In my opinion Hy-Pro is not very professional so would not recommend. I hope they will keep one promise and still make the $1 donation to Make -A-Wish !
