Very Disappointed

I called to have someone come out and look at my faucet that was leaking. An appointment was booked for November 18, in the evening as I work. At 8:00 pm I called to find out if they were still coming. Told not tonight as a couple of people had called in sick and would be out the next day. Could have called me to let me know, which was not the case. November 19 there was a storm and message was left couldn't make it. I understood this one. Rebooked for November 20. Received a message won't be out tonight as roads slippery. Odd thing was that I made in home in 40 minutes from Oakville and roads were a little wet but ok. Rebooked for November 21. Received message, plumber just finishing up a job and would call as soon as he was on his way. No call and a no show. Very disappointing. I guess my job wasn't big enough to have someone come out. Would not recommend this company.
