Hani saved me from having to purchase a new furnace at the end of October 2015.
My furnace was condemned by another company during a regular cleaning and I was told there were cracks in my heat exchanger.
When Hani came to give me a quote for a new furnace, he suggested that he could inspect the furnace to confirm if there were cracks. I agreed and he did his inspection and did not find any cracks. Hani called another Hy-Pro technician for a second opinion and they agreed there were no cracks. The order to condemn was reversed and I did not need a new furnace. It is now January 4, 2016 and my furnace is working well.
Mistakes happen, and I learned that a second opinion can be a good thing.
