Terrible Service – Would Not Recommend

I Had a plumber install a trap and drain for my bathroom sink , when he was finished one of the pipes he had connected to was leaking , but I guess it was part of the original plumbing so instead of offering to fix it he told me that I should go buy some epoxy at home Depot to stop it . I thought that was unprofessional but I let it go and paid him anyways, after repairing the pipe myself I let the sink run for a while to test out my repair and noticed that the pipe he installed had a small leak , so I called customer service and they sent the same guy back . It was evident he was irritated at the fact he had to return , he accused me of causing the leak myself before he even looking at it . He said " ll play your little game " what ever that means .I should have asked him to leave right there , but i let him take a look at it . He did not attempt to fix it or even test it for that matter , he saw some chrome coming of the pipe he installed and again acaused me of tampering with the pipe , he than took pictures of the pipe for evidence . I just wanted it installed correctly. As he was leaving he called his manager and accused me of tampering with the plumbing , and than told me his boss would be here on Monday (this was Friday evening ). I than called head office and had a manager come by the next day , he came to check out the leak , it was not leaking at the time but he did notice the top nut was loose and was most likely what caused the leak before . He than told me that the installation wasn\'t done properly because the two elbows were too close , after explaining how important customer service is to them he offered to have the job done correctly for a discount , and offered a discounted membership plan. This is a terrible offer considering I had already paid 340 dollars to have it installed incorrectly plus 20 dollars on the repair kit I had purchased my self , and was insulted by being falsely accused of tampering with the plumbing . I think by offering to do it for free would be the least they would offer considering the horrible service . Actions speak louder than words . Saying customer service is important to you and showing it are two totally different things. If your going to have outrages pricing , your service should be outstanding. I will not be recommending this service, I will actually be sharing this experience with friends and family in hopes they avoid the high prices and bad service .
