It started with unexplained water in my basement and progressed to Niagara Falls over the course of 24 hours. I contacted Hy-Pro on a Monday morning and Ian Manser was here to assess the problem later that morning. A blockage in the lateral drain. Tuesday morning, Shawn Resendes and Ian arrived to assess exactly where the problem was. Once determined it was outside my house, Shawn replaced the bottom portion of the stack, installed a cleanout and reconnected me to the city lines. He replaced the portion of the concrete floor where they had to dig to assess the situation then plans were made to excavate the next morning. Hy-Pro took care of making all those arrangements including arranging for the locates to be done. Once the damage was exposed, the repair was expertly completed - they even took care and helped me move some of my garden plants. Every member of this crew and those in the office were absolutely wonderful! My thanks go out to all: Ian, Shawn, Will, Jim (who operated the backhoe-sorry may have name wrong), Devi and Sandra. I would highly recommend Hy-Pro as they were incredibly responsive, knowledgeable and their professionalism was outstanding!
