I booked for between 1-4pm. Plumber didn’t turn up. I got a call from the office 30mins after 4 to say they don’t service my area. Even though I explained when booking that the GPS gives the wrong town for our address and to call if there are problems. I cleared my schedule for this and feel mistreated.
