Outstanding Service
It's too bad you only allowed for a 5 STAR rating, because my husband and I would have awarded Ali at least 10 STARS!! . We were more than impressed by Ali on his preliminary visit to us on Mar.14 and certainly appreciated his knowledgeable explanation of the problem with our kitchen faucet and his subsequent advice.
Today, , Mar 17, Ali returned to install a new faucet we purchased and he and Will did a superb and speedy job replacing the faucet. Their efficient, professional and very friendly service was second to none and it is obvious that Ali is dedicated to doing an excellent job for the customer. Ali explained in detail everything we should know about our tap and how to deal with the warranty if there is ever an issue with the faucet.
From the first conversation we had on the phone to request a plumber to our service today, we were very impressed with the total service of everyone involved in your very smooth operation.
This was our first time with Hy- Pro and won't hesitate to to call again for any future needs and will enthusiastically recommend your company to all our friends.
