Not So Great Service – So Disappointed
Had a low water flow problem out of our laundry tap so based upon the reviews I chose Hy-Pro. They came and installed a new tap, they departed before I had a chance to check the work. Noted that the new tap only flowed about 70% versus all of my other house taps. I asked them to return the next day to re-examine this problem, but refused to do so unless I again paid them for a service call. Already paid over $600. so decide to give up. Guess not everyone gets "great service".
