Never Use This Company!!
No quotes or ballparks were given over the phone, instead I was told a technician would provide a quote up-front and I could go ahead with the work if I choose. When the technician showed up, he blew through the door in such a rush about the appointment he was already late for and having enough time to solve my problem that I was caught off guard and a quote was never given. He snaked the drain which took 15 minutes from start to finish of clean up- he then presented me with a bill of 270.00 for 15 minutes of work. Other companies I had called charged 90.00 fee to show up and 90.00/hour which would have been about 112.00 for the same service. The company- specifically the manager Mike won't return calls and address our issue. I will make sure everyone I know hears about this service
