Job Done Fast…But at What Price! Lack of Integrity.

I was not satisfied with your company and I want to briefly relate my experience. On December 9th, my toilet was plugged. I tried with a toilet snake, but without success. Having young kids, I would not have been surprised if one of them has thrown something inside the toilet…Kids :) I browse the web and contacted you. Service on the phone was good. And a technician arrived the same day. Nothing to complain about the technician neither. He clearly explained me what my options were. Clearly indicated me the price of the service, roughly from 220$ to 400$. Explained me that he might have to move the toilet…etc. I agree. Nice person. Once signed, it took your technician no more than 2 minutes to unplug it with a plunger. Yes, I forgot to try this myself. It took him 2 minutes. And I had to pay 223.97$. I am a business man. Even though when I explain my prices, work to do to my clients, consequences and risks…and it happens that it takes me 2 minutes to do it…I do not charge what we agreed. This is called Service. This is called Honesty and Integrity. I felt robbed. Right, I agreed to pay this amount prior the work. But I am not a plumber. Knowing that a plunger (that I had) was the solution…who would have accepted to pay over 220$ for this? Conclusion: No, I am not going to put you bad review on Facebook or other platforms (but I should). However, believe me, I will not do any business with you anymore. And I will pass the word.
