Hit and Miss.

The first time we used your service was an emergency call on my wife's birthday for a blocked toilet. The tech came within an hour and couldn't use his auger because he "had left it at another job site". That kinda pissed me off, but hey, he's here and I need the toilet unblocked. He removed and reset the toilet, leaving marks everywhere and constantly complaining about how the toilet wasn't installed correctly -- professional contractors remodelled our bathroom approx. 8 years ago --- but eventually solved the problem. For a horrendous price.
The second time, a nice young man named Josh showed up, asked the appropriate questions and got the job done in next to no time. He was professional, very courteous, had all the necessary tools and finished the job very quickly.He also explained things about what can and what can't be flushed down the toilet.
The one thing that left a bad taste in my mouth about the second visit: I had to pay the same horrendous price, even though I never stated, or was asked, if it was an emergency. It was not an emergency. Maybe plumbing companies should rethink their pricing policies and charge less than a horrendous price for non emergency calls. Would I use your company again.? That's a definite "Maybe" Thank you for your time.
