Our first encounter with Hy-Pro was with a Tech. "Ian Manser" who promptly made a same day appointment to address our problem (drains backing up). His on-site visit was very professional and he presented to us two options for consideration. After careful debate, we agreed to proceed with the re-line of our drain from the house to the municipality system. Ian was extremely knowledgeable about the process and suggested we view the "video" he made of our drain. Although initially we were shocked at the cost of the process, given the excellent warranty and detailed technical explanation, as well as the alternative option of exterior trauma to our landscaped property and removal of mature trees, we recognized the value with proceeding. Ian was also very friendly, patient , respectful and answered all our questions thoroughly. The Service Team of three, headed up by Mark and members Josh and Jamie was also exceptional! They all displayed professionalism and excellence in workmanship. Mark explained an unforeseen difficulty and arrived promptly the following day with another team member, Frank, to complete the repair. The repair work was impeccably executed and the work area was left very clean and debris free. Our whole experience dealing with Hy-Pro was EXCELLENT. (Even phoning to remit payment was a pleasant experience, dealing with "Devi". We would highly recommend this company.
