Excellent Service by Josh Draker

On behalf of my father, we wanted to thank Josh for his excellent work. He was very professional and patient with answering all of our questions - not so easy with an 80 year old sometimes. He found the issue with why our downstairs toilet wasn't flushing/draining properly and snaked the area causing the problem. I was also very impressed by the service I received when I called to book an appointment right down to the dispatch person who called to let us know the technician was on his way - great job by the staff that work behind the scenes in the office! I will not hesitate to call Hy-Pro in the future and would highly recommend their services.
