Ed is Awesome!
Not only did we have service within 1/2 hr of the call, but it was arranged with the same "amazing tech" that looked after an issue last year in the house for us. Ed is so professional, yet down to earth & compassionate ~especially while dealing with the "senior citizen" of the house. His work is always thorough and he explains the process before, during and recaps what happened...which in this house that approach is greatly appreciated. Ed is a pro as a plumber and PR guy, a true asset to the organization...All around the attention and service from the office to the tech. has created a following from this address.
