Disappointed
I was told I would be served between 8am -11 am and I would have someone show up, give me a quote and complete the service within this time. I was told that I was the "first" job of the morning.
I heard nothing until 10:30, which I was told, I was slated as "next" in line, I was informed at this time that I would be called when the attendant left and was on their way to my home.
I heard nothing by 12pm, not even a call informing me someone was on the way and "almost" to my house. I wasted 4 hours of my day off waiting for a problem to be fixed, and no one showed up to even assess the problem. I am disappointed that my time was wasted.
