Can’T Get a Quote!
I have been calling other companies to get a quote for a sewer lateral liner. This is the first company that couldn't make an appointment at a convenient time for the potential new customer. I was shocked to hear the best they could do was give me a 3 hour window when they could show up to quote the job!
I'm sorry, I told the girl on the phone if she couldn't set an appointment time I was calling another company. She didn't care. So I have booked my 3 quotes with other companies, at times convenient for me!
I guess maybe they get enough business from their after hours emergencies, they just don't need any other customers. That's what it sure felt like. If I could have given 0 stars I would have.
No customer service here!
