We always go to H&R Block because the tax professional has always taken care of us. Connie Williams takes the time to explain everything as she prepares our taxes. She makes sure we understand each step as she goes from one step to the next. At the end of our session, she goes over the steps once again to make sure we are satisfied before we sign.
