The whole experience at Houston Paint Protection was excellent. We had recently purchased a new 2025 Subaru Outback Wilderness and we were really unsure what we needed. A few minutes after I submitted the form online to get a quote I got a call from Krystal. Sheu2019s was really great with all the questions we had. We got the New Car Protection Package 2 and was able to get our vehicle in there and back within a short amount of time. Throughout the whole process we were updated via text messages with pictures, which was really neat. We got to see our vehicle as it was being worked on. All the engineers and Krystal were really friendly and were always interested in making sure we were 100% satisfied with the work, and made sure to ask if we had any questions. After we received our Outback back we were thrilled with how it looked. It looked more beautiful than when we purchased it. They followed up after to make sure we were still satisfied and even performed a thorough inspection of it two weeks later to be sure it came out perfectly. We were really unsure what to expect. It was our first new vehicle in about 25 years and have never done this before. After speaking with Krystal and the team throughout the whole process we felt really taken care of and really confident in their work. We felt like we were more than just customers if that makes sense. They really took care of us and are always there to assist and answer any questions we have. Such a great group of people going way above and beyond.
