Room 221 was clean and stocked. The sliding glass door for shower was a little tough to close may have been off track.
The bathroom door would not stand open, I propped it open with the iron. I like to just walk in bathroom without opening it each time.
The hotel lobby is beautiful but had a strong egg or sewage smell.
They have a restaurant thought it might have been they cooked or boiled eggs.
The lady at check in was super sweet and helpful.

Great place to get away for a weekend with shopping, food and more close by. I will be honest, I have been a Front Operations Manager for a Holiday Inn in California for several years and the staff is great don’t get me wrong however, the uniforms or lack of could be a bit improved. They are wearing their own clothing and some wear things that you think should be or would be considered against brand standard. Overall the rooms are great, the staff are friendly and helpful that combined with the location make this a top notch spot for any business or vacation you may have planned.
