Josue was awesome to work with. He diagnosed the issue with our garage wiring, then immediately went to work correcting the problem. He also offered some really great advice on ways to make our garage gym lighting better. Being part of the Happy Hiller Club was definitely worth it, as it save a couple hundred dollars on services.
Caleb was very patient with the process of trying to figure out what is going on with my older tub faucet. He also took the time to talk to the warranty company and try to explain it to them so they would reimburse me. He had to walk quite a distance twice to my water meter to turn it on and off and was patient with that also. I so appreciate having services this close to Christmas. I had been expecting a small business owner plumber to come on Friday and he did not show up and did not return calls so I was so grateful to get Hiller to come out promptly as I have family coming in town tomorrow for the holiday.🎄
