Lance is incredibly helpful as an inspector. He's willing to work with my awkward schedule if I have questions and need to call outside normal hours, and I appreciate that greatly. As a first time buyer I don't know much h about inspections or what he's looking for, and really appreciated him reviewing everything with us after he finished his inspection. Overall great experience!
