My family had a house fire and we lost everything. The only three things we were able to save were two build a bears and a quilt. The fire department recommended us to a different place to take the stuff. We did and they were very nice, but the smoke smell was still heavy after we left. We were discouraged and my daughter continued to cry over her build a bear that she had since she was super little. In come, Heritage Cleaners!!! They were so amazing and compassionate and could not been any more supportive. The owner has a daughter, who has three daughters and their hearts are gold. I recommend everyone use Heritage Cleaners!! They did a flawless job. My daughter is now sleeping with her build a bear! 100/100 for a job well done and 100/100 for hospitality!!
