Our family has been with Heidi Moore-Country Financial for nearly a decade. We absolutely love the everything about HM-CF. We always talk to a human being every single time we call, their customer service is beyond excellent. When we moved out of Oregon, to Idaho, we were absolutely blessed to know that they are licensed in our new state. So, we did what anyone would do, and insured everything we love with them. Our home, our vehicles, our kids. We will absolutely never change insurers, because the relationship we have built over the years is far more important than anything else. We know that no matter what, Heidi and her staff will always be there when we need them. Day, night, weekends, while on vacation, you name it, someone from her office is always available to answer our questions and meet our needs in the best way they can.
