Austin and his crew did an amazing job helping to clean out my sister’s house. It was a delicate and difficult situation. They responded with care, kindness, professionalism. They helped us sort through a LOT of things, some of which were important, some which were not. They didn’t just indiscriminately remove things from the property. They helped us through a painful time. We highly recommend them.
We called Austin late on a Wednesday afternoon to see if he could pick up some trash we had after cleaning up to move out of our house. We were in a bit of a pinch for time to get it removed before listing our house for sale and we needed to start our out-of-state move early the next morning (so didn’t have time to stay around). Austin was able to get out early Friday morning to remove the trash before the photographer arrived to take pictures for the listing. This is exactly what we hoped for, and Austin delivered exactly as he promised. He was easy to communicate with and we were even able to pay him afterward remotely with no issues. I highly recommend his trash/junk removal services. Price was very reasonable and service was excellent.
