Hartman Renters:

I’m renting an apartment from them now I don’t have any negative feedback. I have been in my apartment for 1year now and I just love the peace and quiet and most of all i feel safe, they don’t pressure you into renting one of their apartments or houses they leave that decision to you, yes they do run a credit check and a background check which now days all renters do . they are not rude or disrespectful to you but they are straight up forward with you they are not supposed to be your friend they are running a business and as i know that you can’t mix business with friendship its a no no they will work with you to make you as comfortable as possible and if you have any issues or problems or concerns they will handle it in a respectful and timely manner they are awesome and they go way beyond to fix whatever needs to be fixed I was reading some of the reviews on google it’s terrible how so many people have so much negative information to give out about the company But you ralely hear the good things about the company so i’m here to spread some good news with you guys i have been renting one of their apartments for a year now and have never experienced anything but greatness they will always come through when ever you need them they are not money hungry because rather you decide to rent from them or not they keep their units full so that says a lot if they were slum landlords they would always have vacancies my apartment was nice and clean when i did my walk through they didn’t pressure me to take the apartment i did it on my own free will and i’m glad i did and no my apartment did not have ? nor ? it was nice and clean ? but one thing that i have learned from the reviews is that you have to see things for yourself and not on what someone post the neighbourhood is nice and quiet and they do keep updating their apartments and doing great things to make their tenants feel comfortable with their new apartment I know for sure that I will be here for at least another year maybe longer. I just want to thank the hartman’s for all of their hard efforts to make sure we’re comfortable and satisfied with our apartment I couldn’t have picked a better place to stay.
