Long Term tenant of Hartmann Rentals. Our maintenance was done within a reasonable amount of time. We had several break downs over the years, all of it was dealt with as soon as possible. Seems like most of the bad reviews are from people who owe them money more than anything. If you pay your rent on time, take responsibility for a clean home, and work with them - nothing will be a problem. The office staff try to get on things as fast as they can and will let you know what they need. If I ever need another place to rent, they will be the first one on my list. Thank you for nearly a decade of living!
