Hamilton Pools

Hamilton Pools family-owned pool cleaning company is truly exceptional. Their outstanding customer service and the dedication of their team make them stand out in the pool cleaning industry. The owners, Luke and Whitney, display warmth and professionalism, ensuring they understand their customers' needs from the first interaction. Their team's commitment to excellence is evident, with punctual and expert workers who treat each pool as if it were their own. Chase services our pool every week, and after each visit we get a picture of our clean pool, along with a list of services preformed & supplies used. I know that when Chase or Luke reach out to me about a part or something extra they need to do, I am given time to think about what we want to do and options of where I can get parts (they provide everything though! I just love that they give me options). What sets Luke and Whitney's company apart is their genuine passion for pool maintenance and their commitment to affordable, top-tier service. Luke will impress you with his knowledge of pools and Whitney will remind you what top-notch, friendly customer service looks like! They go the extra mile to make customers feel like part of their extended family, providing a personal touch that sets them apart in the industry. I wholeheartedly recommend Hamilton Pools. Thank you, Luke and Whitney, for taking the BEST care of our pool!

Wow!! Great Service and Great People. We changed pool cleaners at the beginning of the year and have been very happy with the service. The tech who comes to the house does a great job and deals well with our dogs! The owner is accessible by text, which was a great upgrade from the prior server. I have only had to text him to thank him for great service.

We used Hamilton Pools for our weekly maintenance and repairs as they popped up for 4 years. Luke and his team have always been very quick to respond to any communications or necessary repairs. The pool was always in fantastic shape. I wish more services in other industries ran as smoothly and dependably as Hamilton Pools.
