Jim and Chris were great to work with. Super knowledgeable and efficient. They replaced my furnace and outdoor unit and were very professional. Brittany was always pleasant to speak with on the phone when we discussed anything, and she also was super helpful in guiding us toward fantastic financing options for the work and equipment. I would absolutely recommend and use Guaranteed Comfort again. The only knock I would have, and it would be a 1/2 star knock if we could, is the proactiveness of communication. There was a follow-up action that needed to be completed after the initial install and I had to make the call to them to schedule the follow-up instead of them contacting me to schedule. In the grand scheme of things, it's insignificant, but it is one thing keeping this great company from being stellar.
