Jeff’s exceptional technical knowledge and utmost professionalism enabled us to have the City of San Diego approve a solar public street light which allowed us to continue with our construction project that was being held up. As first time developers, Jeff was a great asset and provided the support we needed. He went beyond our expectations. He listened to our concerns and worked with us as a team to achieve our ultimate goal: remove the public street light wire and replace it with a solar street light.
