Josh, was very nice and courteous.. He took his time to show us what all our options were. He was also very prompt, and I love the way you you send a picture so we know what he looks like. It makes it more personable.

I contacted GreenBox about a quote for a new furnace. They were very thorough in asking about my existing furnace, and because of some issues I noted, they were worried about possible CO leaks from the furnace. They sent out a great tech free of charge before the quote appointment to test my furnace to make sure I wasn’t in any danger. These folks care about you as a person, and I really appreciate their work.
