The customer service was excellent and their store was very organized. Typically it'll have a few objects scattered around or clothes laying on the floor, but they seem to have improved their cleanliness. I have seen fabric couches and other metal furniture in their store, so I was a bit confused by why they couldn't accept a slightly used Full/Queen Metal bed base (In great condition). Besides that, they did keep a smile on their faces and a positive attitude.
There was a very good variety in the clothes and shoes that they had available for sale. The place seemed pretty clean and well lit especially for a second hand store. The lady who checked me out at the register was probably the nicest person I've met in a very long time even though I was the last person heading out of there when they closed. The woman working the dressing room area however was very impatient and I could hear her talking about me through the door to a coworker. They close at 7 during the week which is really early, and it was very hard to hear the announcement they made on the intercom system.
