I had work done at Mount Juliet store and broke CV axle days later. They took really good care of me at this location and had me towed down the street to Tire World right away. From 8am when open to car fixed at Tire World was done 9:21am. I was very impressed with everyone at both places. Thanks guys😃 Amazing Job.
Extremely friendly staff throughout all our interactions. They updated me as i was having alot of issues with my insurance after a crash. Very open and honest with me about my vehicle. Even gave me insightful information about how they look into if my vehicle can be fixed. Really helped me through that rough patch. Unfortunately it was a total loss so i cant rate the actual repair. But i highly recommend them as they truly seem genuine and want you to be able to drive again
