From start to finish our transaction with Galaxy Home Recreation was as easy as could be. Thomas was very knowledgeable with the product we wanted and walked through each option they had available for us. He discussed all pros and cons of each option and helped guide us through our decision. Additionally, he provided estimates on when we could expect delivery and even beat their own estimate. From purchase to installation, we are looking at 9 days. We went in expecting a 6-8 week delay due to available quantities, but Thomas was able to secure one of the available units and direct it our way. We are excited for our delivery next week and cannot wait to put it to good use! Thank you for the excellent service and follow up to ensure we had no further questions.

Great sales team. Very helpful and no pressure. Easy purchase process and finance options. Large showroom with many floor models. 5 stars pending delivery and setup experience. We'll see how it goes but I expect continued excellent service.

Angela and Don were amazing! I came in close to closing, but They stayed open late just to help answer every answer question I had. Angela was extremely thorough in her review of the hot tubs and what each offered and what may fit my needs best. It was clear she truly cared about what I wanted. She made me feel comfortable and was so professional but also personable (and funny). First class customer service!
