Jesse brought two sets of important skills to my Corvallis rental property: repair/remodel/coordination and property management. The damage left by previous tenants seemed overwhelming at first. Jesse stepped in and identified priorities for repairs. We reviewed additional remodel needs during the vacancy and set a plan and budget. Each step involved discussion and planning – showing Jesse’s strong communication skills. He responded promptly to questions and showed up for lots of meetings. He works collaboratively and respectfully with many professionals to get the job done. As a property manager, Fulcrum Properties thoroughly screens rental applicants to assure reliable and responsible tenants. The lease and any special considerations are carefully discussed. Jesse even went around to some of the rental house neighbors to introduce himself, provide contact information, and let them know a new family would be moving in.
