I've had a problem for several years with my furnace not coming back on after a warm day. I couldn't get my furnace person to solve the problem. Craig diagnosed the problem, got the part and I have had no problem since. Craig also serviced my gas "on demand" hot water unit. Craig is responsive and knows what he is doing! I feel lucky to have found him .
