Joshua is great! As a young woman, it is very nice to feel comfortable having a man technician in your home. Joshua was respectful, thorough, and went above and beyond when treating my home for the monthly service. During the winter months, I see mice activity which I am not a fan of… I was his last call before the Christmas break, and did not feel rushed. Joshua took his time addressing all signs of mice and other pests/bugs. He listened attentively to my experience with mice/pests during the winter in previous years.
