Poorest Quality of Home
These homes are ridiculously cheap made. The floors creaked in every room and three months after they were tightened, they began to creak again. The cabinets were cheap materials, had knicks, were crooked and didn’t slide well on the runners. There was a crack in the ceiling the full length of the living room, walls had black marks in many places throughout the house. The windows didn’t slide well and we had to have them adjusted. The worst was in 1 ½ years (past the 1 year warranty), mold developed under the eaves of the house all the way around. This happened in 11 homes of 20 in our neigborhood. The cost to have this fixed was enough for a very nice vacation. The eaves had to be cleaned, treated, primed and painted with two coats of paint. The painter told us the reason was that Fowler didn’t prime and paint 2 coats of paint on the wood under the eaves. We had to have our air system in the attic checked to ensure mold had not come into the house air system which is very dangerous for people’s lungs and ability to breathe. I had to mark a star for the review but, if I could I would not give them 1 star. Fowler homes suck.

Poor Quality and Irresponsible Builder
This builder did not build our home to any quality. Even though we inspected the house before moving in, when we moved in the floors creaked , the drawers and cabinets were uneven, there was a crack …~ Jen J.
