Poor Quality and Irresponsible Builder

This builder did not build our home to any quality. Even though we inspected the house before moving in, when we moved in the floors creaked , the drawers and cabinets were uneven, there was a crack that ran the full length of the living room ceiling, there were areas not painted, the floor had permanent stains. I could go on with what is wrong but, just know this home is a cheap quality. It's too bad the price for the home wasn't less expensive. Additionally, the exterior of the homes are look alike and the plants in place were cheap non blooming shrubs. The rain garden area has been shrubs that will eventually grow so tall it might as well be trees. Even at the end of the first year, Fowler tightened the floor and 3 months later they were creaking again. To think we left a beautiful, well made home to move to this house is still an unthinkable action on our part. I would never suggest to anyone to purchase a fowler home. I had to mark a star but if I could, I would give them zero stars.
