We chose LL Floor Coverings International because of their reviews online and the fact they did businesson the weekends. From the very beginning Norm was very helpful. He listened to what we wanted and showed us a variety of options. He figured out the price of our project with many options. Once we decided on a wood he was in constant contact with us every step of the way. We always knew what was going on and when. Igor installed our flooring and stairs. He did it alone and very quickly. He was very professional. Jason sanded down and refinished our kitchen floor. He was quick and efficient. Overall our floors and stairs look amazing and I would highly recommend them. We will definitely be using them again for more flooring needs.
