I was having issues with signing into ffb on mobile and online but Cathy from Customer Service was sure to pass on the news about the issue. While I was on the line with her I asked if I would be able to cancel a deposit I did through the app and she said she'd see what she could do. To guarantee that it actually cancelled and I wouldn't have an issue I requested that she call me with an update. Within a few hours I had receive a voicemail and it was Cathy telling me that I had the a' okay about the check and that it was cancelled. I appreciate highly that she took the time to give me a call, it made everything less stressful.
