First Choice Home Inspectors LLC

We've had many real estate transactions over 4 decades in different states, and I can easily say Charleton is the best home inspector we have ever had the pleasure to work with. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable about a home stem to stern, and a super communicator. He saved us from a bad situation with a home! I highly recommend Charleton and First Choice for your inspection needs.

Charleton was amazing. Very friendly, professional and passionate about his work. He took all the time necessary to explain everything to me about what he was seeing. The returned inspection report was amazing with pictures and videos and explanations about what things were and what they should look like along with notes about what would need to be done. The follow up and additional services they offer blew my mind. Thank you First Choice Home Inspection and especially Charleton for a stress free experience. I would NEVER use anyone else.

Highly recommend!! We are first time home buyers and Charleton did an amazing job walking us through the entire inspection process. He helped us understand each scenario and provided examples of how to take care of any repairs needing to be done. He has extensive knowledge and is very passionate about his work. Again, highly recommend!
