I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with YK and his team at Final Touch was truly exceptional and they absolutely deserve one. I was shopping around for paint correction along with ceramic and PPF coating when I came across Final Touch and YK. I submitted a form on his site and he reached out within about 15 minutes. From our very first conversation, he stood out. He asked detailed questions about how we use and maintain our car, then gave me honest recommendations based on what I told him. When I visited his shop, YK and his team thoroughly inspected the vehicle. They even washed it so they could accurately assess the paint condition and check for any existing coatings. What impressed me most was YK’s honesty. Instead of pushing the most expensive or longest-lasting option, he recommended a 3-year ceramic coating over a 5-year, explaining it would perform just as well and last longer (than just 3 years) given our specific driving and storage habits. No pressure, no upselling—just straightforward, trustworthy advice. YK and his team stripped the old coating, performed a full paint correction to remove swirls and minor imperfections, and applied the new ceramic coating. I also had PPF added to a couple spots.
