Great service. The towing technician was quick and was very friendly. My husband’s car broke down at 1145pm, insurance put a request in, tow truck arrived 1230am and by 1am we were home and in bed. I highly recommend and will use again. Thank you!!
My truck broke down in moore. I had roadside assist with my car insurance they sent out fat alans. The driver that showed up was beyond great. He was very nice efficient and talk with me about anything during the drive from moore to norman at which i was already upset since i broke down. He even was able to put my truck in my drive which is close to the street even though I said could put in front yard. He was very professional. I don't remember his name but looked like Billy Bob thorton from sling blade. I will most definitely keep fat alans in mind for future services.
