I have some foundation issues with my new home, and after several attempts of working with local foundation companies in the metro area (they are all sharks, btw) I decided to get a more professional opinion. Steve M. is the owner of this company, and is well versed in the issues of residential foundations. His soil engineers are professional. They provided me a fair and accurate report to verify my concerns, and offered a host of alternatives (namely, soil injection) which would be less intrusive and less costly than crazy foundation piers. The only issue I had is that I wish there was more of a one-on-one consultation upon receiving the engineering report. For homeowners, we don't always understand all the technicalities of soil depths, measurements, composition, etc. But Steve's report was well worth the $500 bucks it cost! I would definitely recommend spending the money to consult with his team FIRST before going to a Foundation Company!
