My car caught on fire two days after Christmas and when I went to pick up the rental my insurance company had arranged, the staff were genuinely kind as my nerves were a bit jangled. They showed me their dog pics after they’d seen mine in our car when my husband dropped me off. The service was quick, efficient, and…kind.

The staff at the Enterprise location on Winchester Road were very helpful, efficient and friendly. The office hours and location were good for pick-up and delivery. The car itself left quite a bit to be desired (very small compact) but when turning it in and reporting some issues, the employee taking back the keys said they would look into the problems.
